The media you upload can be Shared to a CLAS course, or kept Private.
- Shared media: Can be viewed by others, depending on the sharing location.
- Private media: Can only be viewed by the uploader.
If you cannot find your media, you will need to first upload your media.
Share Media
- Click on Private in the side menu to access all your private uploads.
- Click on PRIVATE TO ME ONLY, CLICK TO SHARE
- Select where you would like to share the media to from the drop down list.
NOTES:
- Media shared to the “everyone” group will be visible to everyone in the course.
- Media shared to playlists will be visible to everyone in the course.
- Media shared to assignment hand-in boxes will only be visible to Instructor/TA and the student.
- Media shared to groups will only be visible to the Instructor/TA and the group members.
Hide Media (Make Private)
- Click on Shared in the side menu to access all your shared uploads.
- Click to expand the “Shared to” dropdown beside your media.
- Select PRIVATE, ONLY VISIBLE TO ME.
